Hello All!
I am opening some simple bust sketch commissions, these will have rough linework, with some simple shading, as in the example below.

Simple Bust Sketch:
Bust: $20
Busts limited to one character.
Please keep character details simple (no overly complex designs).
Simple Solid/Shaded background.
Resolution is 300 dpi, 3000x3000 pixels dimensions (10x10 inches).
If you have a preference on the color used for the overall picture (like purple seen in the example) just let me know. Otherwise something like this will be the default.

I. Terms of Service
When purchasing a design from me you are buying partial rights to that design. The artwork and design are still my copyrighted/intellectual property. I retain the rights to the design and the artwork in order to promote myself and my work. For example, sharing on social media, selling tangible items (prints and/or other products) etc. Commercial Purchases:There are options to purchase designs commercially, which we can discuss if you are interested. An additional commercial fee of 300% of the original price must be paid. A contract will need to be agreed upon and signed, which I will share with you privately. If purchased commercially, this means that the entire ownership of that design will transfer to you, and you may use it for commercial purposes (such as for profit, promotion or in other works such as visual novels, comics, manga, games or animation etc). In the case of purchasing multiple works of that same character, any additional purchases will also come with an additional 300% commercial fee (and be subject to my regular commission terms of service).
However I would still have the right to use the art to promote myself as having done that design/artwork (such as sharing it here in my gallery).
As a customer:• You may personalize the design with a name, backstory, personality, etc like it is your own original character (and you're free to use them for role playing for instance)
• You may alter the design, such as giving it a new hairstyle, clothing design, change the gender, colors, etc. Please credit me where necessary for the original design.
• Even though you may alter the design, the original will always exist.
• Please do not trade the design away for other designs, as it is impossible to keep track of equivalent values.

• If you received a design for free (ie through a raffle or other free means) it is not eligible to be sold as there was no exchange of money. You may gift it to a new owner, however. Please notify me of who the new owner is.
• If it was a purchased design, you may sell it for equal to or less than what you originally paid. (more info below under section IV)

II. How to Buy Adoptables
On artwork (character designs) designated an Adoptable, I will post a comment below to be used for bidding (usually with "BID HERE" in the contents listed with the Starting Bid (SB) price). Please reply with your bid in a chain after this comment, and do not hide your comments. Sometimes an Adoptable will have an Autobuy (AB) available, which you can reply with "AB" instead. This is for those who do not wish to wait for the end of the Auction. If there is more than one AB option available (for instance, different tiers which yield different rewards), we can discuss it in notes after the auction end. If an auction has a Set Price, you can reply to my BUY HERE comment. I will do my best to keep up with bids to notify you of when you are outbid, but I am not always available so please do your best to keep track of the auction as well. "Snipe Guard" is meant to help prevent last minute bidding where someone waits until the last moment before the auction closes to bid, thus "sniping" the auction from the last bidder. Not every snipe guard time-frame will be the same for each auction, so please check the description for the "snipe guard" time. If an auction is listed to end 24 hours after the last bid for instance, that means that I must wait another 24 hours after the last bid before closing the auction. However if an auction goes on too long, I may set a deadline to prevent it going on forever. 
You cannot drop, hide or edit your bid. The first time you drop your bid (editing or hiding is the same) you will receive a warning, but a second time will place you on my blacklist and you will not be allowed to bid on my auctions again. Once you win the auction and it has been paid for in full, you will receive a full resolution version of the adoptable artwork without watermarks. Typically they come in sizes around 10x10 inches to 15x15 inches at 300 dpi (about 3000px to 4500px). If desired, and applicable, I can remove or change additional text as well (such as the name or other info included on the image). Please DO NOT remove my signature, however.III. Payment
All payments must be made in full upfront once a design is purchased/won. I will note you my Paypal information and will expect payment within 24 hours. Please notify me of your paypal information so I know that it is you. If payment isn't received within 24 hours, I will have to relist the Auction again. Payment plans are available for amounts at or exceeding $200:
Payment plans are available for $200 and above. A deposit of 25% the price is required. $50 is the minimum. Maximum duration of a payment plan is 5 months. I expect payments to be made every week (or 2 weeks maximum). If I don't receive payment within 2 weeks of the previous payment, I will contact you. If you fail to complete the payment through the payment plan, no money will be refunded. The same rules as a normal payment still applies. The character(s) does not belong to you until payment is fully complete. Holds and Reservations: Holds and/or Reservations are available to those who've purchased from me before but not for a very long time. Please note or email me (HorusCommissions@gmail.com) and we can discuss such in detail. Again, payment plans are available if needed.IV. Cancelling/Refunding Policy:
As always, communication is key. If you purchased a design from me that you are not satisfied with, I do not accept refunds. You may however, resell it on your own for the same price you paid. If you purchased artwork from other artists using that adopt's design, you will need to refer to their rules regarding reselling their work. It is not my responsibility to keep track of that for you, nor am I responsible for any damages as a result. If you need help reselling a design I'm more than happy to make a post (whether a journal or deviation) with a redirect to your page where you're attempting to resell. You will need to handle all communications and transactions on your own of course. You cannot resell or sell a design that was given to you for free. If for instance I hold a raffle and you win a design, this does not count as having purchased the design since obviously there was no exchange of money involved. You can however give away the design if you want to, just please notify me of who the new owner is.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I have the right to re-sell the copyrighted design and any artwork that I have done of that design (ref sheets, fullbody, busts, etc). You will then be forbidden to purchase work from me, Horus-Goddess , whether adoptions or commission work from that point onward. You will also be added to my personal blacklist as well. I also have the right to file a complaint and retain the rights to the money you have sent me.To help build this TOS, I referenced other artists' (Yamio and Piffi-sisters ) TOS. Anyone know when this version will be going live? I was considering getting Core again at some point but everything I've seen about Eclipse turns me off from the idea. I know it can be opted into right now but once it goes live for everyone the old version will be gone. Seems they're pulling a YouTube and slowly phasing out any personalization of user profiles on here (and making it more "convenient" for casual mobile users which imo is stupid). Customization is one of the main selling points of Core for a lot of people (myself included) so I don't see how it'll be worth it once the new version is live.
I also hate this phase of minimalism these days, it's so bland and everything starts looking exactly the same. Artists in particular like to stand out with a personalized looking profile. Even more worrying is how they seem to be getting rid of "ease of use" too in say, the message center. No more mass selection and deletion of notifications, you have to click a menu for each message to delete them. What were they even thinking with this? Even mobile users should find that pretty obnoxious I would think (unless we're talking about non-artists who just watch others and never have to deal with personal notifications of watches/favourites/mentions etc).
I don't know, I'm not happy with the changes. I will just adapt I guess but my fear is the site will become more of a chore to use than was necessary. "Don't fix it if it ain't broke" as the saying goes.
Anywho... the main title of the journal still stands though. I could see getting Core for a few months until Eclipse is live and then dropping it, I just can't find any info on when Eclipse becomes the new official layout of the site.
