I have been asked about scanning lineart before- and how I get such crisp lineart scans. So. Yeah. There yah go. xD I know not everyone has the same exact scanner/model as I do but, all scanners and their programs work similarly. Options may just be located in different places. And I don't own any other paint programs aside from Painter and Photoshop (Illustrator incl.), so I couldn't tell you exactly how to do this with any other programs... Sorry.
