Something I did today as a commission example. I'll have more on that in my journal shortly...

Anyway. I have an interesting story to go with this. XD

I was working on this today, and was sure to save it after each step I took was performed. IE, I would save it when the sketch was done, then when the lineart was done. I was in the middle of the coloring process when BAM! The power goes out. And I cried. Well. Not literally. I was pissed more than sad... I thought I'd lost all my coloring work.

Once the power came back, I thought I'd have to start with just the lineart but, low and behold, Open Canvas has an auto-save feature I didn't know about, and I was able to continue from where I left off. ISN'T THAT FREAKIN' SHWEET?! I was so happy. XD

So yes. I now love Open Canvas more than Photoshop. Sort of. Both have their place. x3

Anyway, Human Masurao is very girly. Yes he is. I like my mens girly because girls are prettier and more attractive than gnarly mens. XD Hence, the femenine men which reign the world of Horus-Goddess. What few there are here hahah. :cough: I dunno what I'm saying... In a weird mood. O_o; Anyhow yes, I will now move on to putting up said commission journal... :waltzes off:

anyways this is sexxyyy. I think I'm just about in love with the way you did the hair ; ; nice job on the ear and face and eyes and everything D8 and i could tell he was a boy hehe. Cuz of hte shoulders I guess. but feminine boys are nice too. great job on this : D

Which Open Canvas do you have? I have 1.1 which I figure probably doesn't have something as spiffy as autosave. I've never drawn anything in photoshop come to think of it. I may though, I've just gotten used to the pressure sensitivity of open canvas. I love the way you draw faces. Awesome work as usual!

I agree, I too like girly mens more than gnarly mens. Girly mens also look like they would be easier to get along with too. More understandable and relateable. But gnarly mens? They have less than the emotional weight of a teaspoon. ><;;;

Murrr...question. I love his bangs. The coloring. Did you use a blending tool to blend the different hues of blue like that? o.O I'm new to digital art, lol.
