date completed: 3-17-07 materials: Prismacolor colored pencils, white Crayola colored pencil, Sharpie, 01 Sakura Micron, Fine nib Faber Castell. Drawn on heavy Cardstock with smooth finish. music: Linkin Park: Hybrid Theory and Meteoria albums. Evanescence: Fallen. Alanis Morissette: Jagged Little Pill. references: *nheira, TombRaiderChronicles.com. Yeah, I printed out copies of the lineart to test markers first, but decided not to risk anything. XD I don't have much experience with markers mostly because I didn't have many to work with until now (even though now I really don't have enough). I also need to buy a colorless blender too. So, oh well. x3 I tried my best to color this well. I did well until I got to the green lol! Oh well, I still like it. My scanner certainly hates red... it always makes it far too saturated and bright. :/ It looks a lot better in real life. x3 |

Btw, why get colourless blender when you can use tinner? That's an alternative material we use in our marker class (and it's a lot cheaper and comes in bottles. Prisma colour markers finish off pretty fast, if you get my point), either by using with a small brush or with a used colourless blender (just by dipping the tip of the marker into the tinner and then stroke it on your work).
