This is only a lineart version- I'll have a colored version up hopefully soon. I drew this Wednesday (Feb. 2nd 2006). Before anyone chews my head off (you know who you are) I did a hell of a lot of research as far as what the American Indians wore. I havn't quite researched their culture to the extent that I'd like to (I already know a lot about them because of school and my boyfriend's rants lol (he's part American Indian so he loves his culture a lot)). But yeah anyway... All I'm saying is I didn't look to any one artist for the clothing or weapon design, most of it was from direct research and my sense of design. There was slight inspiration from my friend ~Majime (=darkenedbloodwings) but most of it was from research and myself... so... yeah.

I decided quite a while ago that Bevan would be based off of the American Indians because for one thing, Kenny's part American Indian, and Bevan is supposed to be based off of him so it seems to fit. Especially now with his newer colors. Teresa I'm not quite sure yet... I might make her culture based off of Asian culture (Japan) or Indian culture (India). Most likely India. Masurao I havn't quite decided yet. I'm torn between making his roots in Egyptian culture and Japanese/Chinese culture. Since =Nanuka's raptor race is based off of the American Indians, and =RizyuKaizen's is (I assume from some art she has up) rooted in Oriental culture (Chinese?), Masurao will probably be rooted in Egyptian culture... Like was originally planned in the beginning. Meh I dunno we'll see. X3 Masurao wont be running around in tribal attire that much anyway but at some point he might return to his roots, who knows... He's a stubborn ass so maybe not. xD Anyway I'll shut up.

Colored clothing reference (with a backview as well) for Bevan will be up some time soon I hope. I'm not really sure since I have a bunch of commissions to finish but we'll see.
